Ingredients of Cold Brew Coffee
- It's 60 g of medium roast Arabica beans, freshly coarse ground.
- It's 20 g of medium roast Robusta beans, freshly coarse ground.
- You need 1 litre of water.
Cold Brew Coffee step by step
- Mix the coarse ground beans in a pitcher or French press coffee maker.
- Add 1 litre water, and stir gently..
- Cover with plastic wrap or cheesecloth and let sit at room temperature for 16 to 18 hours. I did this at 4pm so it should be ready by 8am tomorrow!.
- When ready, put a coffee filter over a funnel and pour the cold brew coffee through it into another container..
- Serve by mixing one part cold brew with 1 part water, microwave if you like it hot. Store in the refrigerator for up to a week..
